What to Expect ___________________________
Ceremony- We are still working this out, but the ceremony will be outdoors in a meadow on the grounds of the Full Moon (under a tent if it rains).
For the reception, We we'll walk to an enormous white tent about 200 feet away.
Dress- Semi-formal and colorful. Please note, we consider black a color. Since most of the event will be outside,
we advise to wear appropriate shoes. We have plans to bring in a wooden dance floor for the reception, so don't forget your dancing shoes.
Accommodations- Most of the accomodations at the resort and the immediate area are rustic, many do not have televisions, refrigerators, or A/C. If you have special requirements, please bring this to our attention and we will help any way we can.
There are only a handful of rooms at the Full Moon reserved for as much of the family and the wedding party as we could see fit. Your wedding invitation will offer further details about your accomodations and options in the area. if you have any questions, or want to make reservations sooner, please contact either of us.
Weather- The weather in the Catskills this time of year is typically
in the low seventies and dry. Since we will be in the mountains, expect warm days and cool evenings. And of course, prepare for rain.
Baby Sitting
Although we welcome children, please remember that this will be an adult wedding reception and alcohol will be served. Please keep an eye on your children for their safety, as well as for the safety of others. The Full Moon has provided a contact number for child care services for those who are interested.
